As the general contractor for the Ferragamo boutique in Honolulu, Hawaii, we successfully delivered a high-end retail environment that reflects the brand’s international luxury identity. The project involved a full interior build-out within a premier shopping destination, executed on a fast-track schedule and with rigorous attention to detail.

Scope of work included custom millwork imported from Italy, high-gloss lacquer wall panels, stone flooring, specialized lighting systems, and integrated display fixtures—all coordinated to meet Ferragamo’s global brand standards. Working closely with the client’s design team, overseas vendors, and local subcontractors, we managed complex logistics, including long-lead international materials and just-in-time deliveries to a constrained urban job site.

Given Hawaii’s unique permitting environment and shipping challenges, our team focused on proactive planning, precise scheduling, and strong communication with both local authorities and mainland suppliers. The result was a seamless execution that delivered a premium, brand-true retail space on time and within budget.
