Located in one of the world’s most iconic and culturally rich destinations, the Abercrombie & Fitch store in Hawaii presented both a unique opportunity and a complex set of challenges. As the general contractor, we were entrusted with delivering a high-end retail space that reflects the brand’s global identity while seamlessly integrating into the local environment.

This project involved the full interior and exterior build-out of a modern retail storefront, with attention to premium finishes, custom millwork, and brand-specific design elements. Working within the constraints of an island supply chain and a high-traffic commercial area, our team maintained close coordination with vendors, consultants, and client stakeholders to ensure an on-time and high-quality delivery.

From overcoming logistical hurdles to adapting to evolving site conditions, this build required flexibility, clear communication, and a detail-oriented approach at every phase. The result is a polished and inviting retail space that meets Abercrombie & Fitch’s exacting standards and enhances the customer experience in a one-of-a-kind setting.
